HR Operations Executive

Role Brief:We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to streamline and manage HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting people initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation & inputs for BGV & insurance, attendance & leave management, etc. Assist in drafting and issuing employment documents. Payroll and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with external consultants & finance team. Supporting on payroll related compliance registration & payments. (PF, ESIC, etc.) Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies. HR Systems and Analytics: Manage and update HRIS systems and employee databases. Generate accurate HR metrics, such as attendance, attrition, and engagement. Managing HR Lifecycle tools e.g. Insurance, BGV, travel desk, etc. Policy and Process Implementation: Own & drive adherence to company policies and ensure a consistent employee experience. Other Administrative Functions: Support the visa, travel, and relocation related process for employees if required. Assist in the preparation of HR reports.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR operations / Payroll or a similar role. Strong understanding of payroll & compliance as per Indian Labour Laws. Proficient in MS Excel & HRIS systems. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. High level of energy, ownership of driving things end to end, confidentiality and integrity.
