This is a high-impact, performance-driven role with an attractive 25% commission on closed business.This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals, independent consultants, ex-founders, or rainmakers with strong networks in IT decision-makers.Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for: - IT Projects & Digital Transformation services - IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation - Software, SaaS, and Licensing solutions - Own the complete sales cycle: - Lead generation → Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts - Engage with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, HR Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders - Understand client pain points and position relevant solutions - Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and pre-sales teams for solutioning - Track opportunities and closures with clear documentation and reportingIdeal Profile- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (IT Services, Staffing, or SaaS) - Proven track record of closing deals in: - IT Services / Projects - IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation - Software or Licensing sales - Strong network with decision-makers across IT, HR, and Procurement - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Consultant mindset with a hunter mentalityCompensation Model- 25% commission on net revenue collected - No cap on earnings - Payouts aligned to client payment milestones - High-ticket deal potential across projects, staffing, and licensesWhy This Role?- Zero ceiling on income – earn directly based on performance - Flexible working model - Opportunity to sell multiple offerings (projects + staffing + licenses) - Long-term collaboration potential for consistent performers
