Business Analyst

Experience- 8+ years• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: --Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for payment systems. --Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Solution Design & Documentation: --Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements. --Create detailed process flows, data mapping, and integration specifications for payment gateways, acquiring/issuing systems, and fraud management tools. --Support design discussions and ensure alignment with compliance and security requirements • Stakeholder Management: --Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external partners (Payment Processors). --Facilitate working sessions, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of requirements • Testing & Validation: --Support QA teams in preparing test scenarios and validating payment flows. --Participate in UAT and production verification for payment-related features• Strong collaboration and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL for data analysis. • Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and system architecture. • Knowledge about payment processes like Authorization and Settlement/Reconciliation of Credit/Debit Cards, Giftcards etc. • Knowledge about handling of customer disputes and chargebacks • Agile methodologyAbout VRIZE INCVRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company, committed to delivering end-to-end Digital solutions and services to its customers worldwide.
