Associate Customer Success Manager, Universities

Hiring: Associate Customer Success ManagerSuperset works with universities across India to power seamless campus recruitment experiences. We’re looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager who enjoys working closely with clients, solving operational challenges, and driving meaningful product adoption.In this role, you’ll work directly with university partners and play a key role in ensuring they get long-term value from the Superset platform.What you’ll be responsible for- Manage relationships with multiple university stakeholders across the customer lifecycle. - Support onboarding and on-site implementation of the Superset platform. - Train placement teams and guide them on effective platform usage. - Act as the main point of contact during implementation and resolve issues or escalations. - Drive product adoption by sharing best practices and tracking engagement metrics. - Proactively identify risks related to churn and support renewals. - Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to share customer feedback.What we’re looking for- At least 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or a client-facing role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. - A customer-focused mindset with an interest in long-term value creation. - Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with SaaS or technology products is a plus.Why Superset?- High ownership and trust with minimal micromanagement. - Opportunity to learn quickly through real customer problems. - Autonomy to experiment, improve processes, and make an impact. - A collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Work on products that influence hiring outcomes for students across India.Employment Type: Full-timeSuperset is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
