Senior Benefits Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Benefits Specialist to join our growing Bangalore team and support benefits operations across the APAC region, including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Shanghai, Australia, and future jurisdictions. This role sits within the Global HR team and is suited for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end benefits programs, working across geographies, and partnering closely with multiple stakeholders in a people-first environment.Responsibilities The role will involve end-to-end benefits management for the APAC region, including retirement, healthcare, dental, vision, family planning, and other employee benefits. Support year-end activities by ensuring HR, Payroll, and Tax teams have accurate and timely information. Coordinate with global brokers and vendors, manage renewals, timelines, queries, and follow-ups. Support tax and statutory compliance requirements and continue building subject matter knowledge in this area. Manage the APAC benefits inbox and ensure responses are provided within agreed service levels. Maintain and organize documentation for compliance and audit readiness. Partner closely with HR, HRIS, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflows. Support global benefits transformation projects, audits, system integrations, and process improvements. Review and maintain process notes, procedures, and policies on an ongoing basis. Participate in global projects and support additional tasks as assigned by benefits leadership.RequirementsThree to five years of experience in benefits administration or HR benefits operations. Experience supporting multi-country or regional benefits programs. Workday experience is highly preferred. Strong prioritization, time management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
