Job Title: Service Line Manager - OperationsDepartment: OperationsQualification: BDS + MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration)Experience: 0 - 4 YearsLocation: Manipal Hospitals - Old Airport Road, HALRole ObjectiveTo support the planning, coordination, and operational performance of the assigned service line by working closely with clinical teams to improve patient experience, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the assigned service line in collaboration with consultants, nursing, and support teams. - Monitor OPD, IPD, OT schedules, patient flow, ALOS, occupancy, and service utilization to ensure smooth operations. - Support implementation of clinical pathways, SOPs, and quality initiatives aligned with NABH standards. - Track key performance indicators (KPI) such as revenue, patient volumes, conversion ratios, and service quality metrics. - Assist in improving patient experience by addressing service gaps, coordinating feedback, and supporting grievance resolution. - Liaise with billing, TPA, front office, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey and accurate billing processes. - Support referral management, doctor engagement activities, and service line promotions in coordination with marketing. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for service line reviews with senior management. - Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical operations - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data - Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills - Good communication and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospital environmentIdeal Candidate Profile- BDS graduate with MHA / MBA in Hospital Administration - Early-career professional keen to build expertise in hospital operations and service line management - Patient-centric mindset with strong execution capability
