National Product Manager - Mobility

About the RoleManaging licensing revenue, implementation charges, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), certifications, and ensuring enterprise-level solution readiness across leading UEM platforms such as Omnissa (WorkspaceONE), Jamf, Vmware, 42Gears, SOTI etc. Work closely with sales, presales, and delivery teams to optimize customer value while contributing to topline and bottom-line growth.Responsibilities- Revenue & Business Ownership - Own and drive top-line revenue for UEM licensing (UEM Lic). - Ensure achievement of bottom-line targets related to licensing and implementation charges. - Support sales teams in solution positioning, commercials, and value articulation for UEM deals. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.- macOS / UEM Proof of Concept (PoC) Management - Proactively scope technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. - Assess customer met and unmet needs and recommend optimal UEM/macOS solutions. - Design, execute, and manage macOS and UEM PoCs to demonstrate solution capabilities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure PoCs are delivered within timelines and quality benchmarks. - Provide solution recommendations that optimize value for both the customer and the organization.- UEM Solution Architecture & Delivery Support - Act as a subject matter expert for UEM platforms including Omnissa (WorkspaceONE), Jamf, Vmware, 42Gears, SOTI etc - Guide implementation teams on best practices for deployment, configuration, and migration. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise IT standards. - Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions as required.- Certifications & Knowledge Management - Continuously stay updated with latest product features, updates, and industry trends in UEM and Apple ecosystems. - Obtain and maintain relevant UEM & Apple certifications as required. - Ensure SRSG (Solution Readiness & Skill Group) is maintained at Enterprise Level for Omnissa (WorkspaceONE), Jamf, Vmware, 42Gears, SOTI etc - Share knowledge through internal training sessions, documentation, and best practice guidelines.Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in UEM solutions and Apple/macOS device management. Hands-on experience with above mentioned products Solid understanding of licensing models, implementation costing, and commercialconsiderations. Excellent solutioning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
