Job Summary:We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Assistant Manager – Compliance to ensure our organization’s adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, Environmental (Pollution Control) compliance, audit coordination, and legal documentation. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with external authorities and internal departments effectively.Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements under:o Provident Fund (PF)o Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)o Labour Laws (LL)o Factory Acto Environmental & Pollution Control norms (e.g., consent applications, renewals) Generate and verify challans for PF, ESIC, and other statutory payments. Maintain updated records for all statutory returns, licenses, and approvals. Handle external and internal audits related to statutory compliance and ensure timely closure of audit points. Liaise with government authorities (PF, ESIC, Labour, Pollution Control Board, etc.) as required. Maintain compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met without exceptions. Support legal compliance including documentation, responding to notices, and maintaining legal records. Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks and communicate relevant updates to the management. Conduct periodic compliance reviews and support the development of internal controls.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or related field. A Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations is a plus. Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in statutory and legal compliance. Knowledge:o Proficiency in PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Labour Laws, and Pollution Control regulations.o Experience with compliance tools, challan generation portals, and audit documentation.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office and compliance-related portals.
