Location: We are hiring across multiple locations such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, etc.Role:Drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence across franchise-operated dark stores. Manage partner governance, SLAs, manpower, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:* Single POC for franchise partners* Relationship building* Weekly/monthly governance & performance reviews* Improve store P&L, SLAs, availability & wastage* Ensure SOP, audit & compliance adherence* Fix roster, attendance, inventory & process gaps* Support new store onboarding & readiness* Cross Functional Coordination with Growth/Category/Supply Chain/HR teams* Reduce shrinkage, damages & operational risksRequirements:* 3–7 yrs in Q-commerce/FMCG/retail ops or franchise mgmt* Strong partner management & execution skills* Good analytical ability (dashboards & KPIs)* Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
