Operations Specialist

Location: TheEthnic.Co Factory Store, Mangamanapalya (HSR Extension), BangaloreWorking Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday working mandatory; 1 weekly off on a weekday)Timing: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PMAbout TheEthnic.CoTheEthnic.Co is a fast-growing D2C men’s ethnic wear brand under Anam Fashion Pvt. We blend traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design, offering curated premium collections across online and offline channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day production and order flow at our factory. The role involves maintaining smooth information flow from embroidery karigars, masters, and tailors, ensuring timely task allocation, and maintaining accurate data records.Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update daily production data in Excel/Google Sheets for embroidery, cutting, and stitching teams. - Take printouts of new orders received from online marketplaces and TheEthnic.Co website. - Assign production tasks to masters and tailors based on the predefined prioritization strategy. - Line up customer trial attires in advance and keep the production & fitting schedule updated. - Update system records for customer pickups and dispatches. - Track production progress and highlight delays or issues to the supervisor. - Ensure smooth morning order lineup by 9:00 AM every day (8:30 AM mandatory reporting time).Requirements- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in operations, data handling, or production coordination. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, formulas, filters, tracking). - Basic understanding of clothing production processes is a plus (not mandatory). - Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays.What We Offer- Exposure to end-to-end fashion production operations. - Hands-on learning in a fast-growing D2C apparel brand. - Opportunity to grow into a Production or Operations Manager role over time.
