The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. - Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner. - Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients. - Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines. - Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 1–4 years in international voice process or customer support. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts. - Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. - Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.Additional Requirements:- Shift: Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts. - Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably). - Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
