Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:Leadend-to-end quality assurancefor Retail, POS, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain applications, ensuring stability, scalability, and resilience. Execute bothmanual and automation testingacross multiple platforms — includingUI, functional, regression, and system testing . Develop, maintain, and optimizeautomation frameworksusingSelenium, Appium, TestNG, HP UFT , or similar tools. Definetest strategies, detailed test plans, and comprehensive test casesensuring full coverage across modules and integrations. Build and manageCI/CD test pipelinesintegrating automation into DevOps workflows for continuous testing and reporting. Conductdata validationusingOracle SQL, PL/SQL , and Excel for backend, data migration, and report-level verification. Validate complexdata flows between retail systems(POS, WMS, ERP, OMS, Fulfillment, and Digital Commerce) ensuring data integrity. LeverageAI-assisted testing toolsfor intelligent test case generation, prioritization, and defect prediction. Driveprocess improvementsto reduce production slippages, improve delivery accuracy, and strengthen release stability. Monitorsystem performance and quality KPIs , proactively identifying risks and areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure early defect detection and root cause analysis. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute tobuilding a culture of test automation and continuous quality .Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, IT, or related technical field. 7+ years of QA experiencein enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus onRetail, POS systems . Proven expertise infunctional, regression, system, and integration testing . Proficiency inAutomation tools– Selenium, Appium, TestNG, HP UFT, or equivalent. Experience withCI/CD pipelinesfor test automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions). Strong working knowledge ofQA methodologies, SDLC, STLC , and test management tools ( Azure TFS, JIRA, ALM ). Proficiency inOracle SQL, PL/SQL , and Excel-based validation and reporting. Exposure toPerformance Testing toolssuch as JMeter or LoadRunner (good to have). Strong understanding ofretail business processes , POS integrations, and data synchronization across enterprise systems. Hands-on experience testingretail systems (Oracle Retail ORPOS, SIM preferred). Knowledge or practical usage ofAI/ML-driven testingfor test optimization, defect prediction, and automation intelligence. Excellentanalytical, debugging, and documentation skills . Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments with continuous delivery pipelines
