Job Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: BangaloreJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner who will also have a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.Key Responsibilities:HR Business Partnering:- Work closely with business units to understand their human resources needs and support the execution of HR strategies. - Provide guidance on employee development, retention strategies, and workforce planning to drive business success. - Manage and support performance management processes, providing insights into employee development and potential training needs.MIS Reporting & Data Analytics:- Develop and maintain HR-related dashboards and reports, including training metrics, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other KPIs to track HR and L&D effectiveness. - Use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving HR processes and learning outcomes.Employee Engagement & Organizational Development:- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture. - Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, focusing on leadership development, employee retention, and succession planning. - Promote a continuous learning culture by encouraging employees to participate in training programs and career development opportunities.Stakeholder Management:- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, and senior management, to align HR and learning strategies with organizational objectives.Required Qualifications:- Post Graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of 6-9 years in HR Business Partner role, with a solid understanding of business functions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, macros, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making. - Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
