Global Technology Partners is looking for a Business Analyst who will work in the Client Delivery Services group and interact and work with Clients, Vendors, Partners, and Delivery Service and Product and Engineering staff. As the Business Analyst, you will contribute to capturing client requirements, analyzing those, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training the customers for the business solution. The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, have good verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate in precise manner, a quick learner, with high energy to work in the fast-pace and fast-growing organization. The candidate should be open to work in US business Hours Responsibilities Help analyze client data for data loading, verify and test application functionality with client data Capture and understand Client Requirements, analyze and map to product solution Document requirements that may require further configurations Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries Take client calls on issues and inquiries and be able to navigate to closure Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion Coordinate and collaborate with client and cross-functional / cross-regional teams Ideal candidate(s) should have Logical and analytical mind Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements Ability to work independently or in teams Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate in precise and accurate manner Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools Experience in software product implementation and support Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus US Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a BIG plus in decision making Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools Experience in software product implementation Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
