Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: QA Specialist – E-Learning Platform & Content Testing Location: On-Site | Job Type: Full-time Department: Quality Assurance | Reports to: Product Manager / Technical Lead Job Summary: We are hiring a QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our digital learning products. The role includes testing online courses, interactive elements, and platform features to deliver a bug-free learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and automated testing of online courses, UI components, and backend workflows. Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues. Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators for iterative improvements. Validate LMS integration, course navigation, video playback, quizzes, and progress tracking. Maintain test plans, checklists, and QA documentation. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of QA experience in web/app or e-learning environments. Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, or LMS standards is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication.
