Position : Head of Luxury Sales Location : Bangalore / Delhi Industry : Real Estate – Ultra Luxury / UHNI Segment CTC : Up to ₹1.5 Cr Diversity candidates preferred Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected sales leader to head Ultra-Luxury Real Estate Sales across Bangalore and Delhi. The role demands strong UHNI/HNI relationship management, proven sales expertise in the luxury space, and the ability to drive revenue growth for marquee projects. Key Responsibilities Lead sales strategy and execution for ultra-luxury real estate projects. Build, nurture, and leverage strong networks with UHNIs, CXOs, NRIs, and global investors. Drive business development through private client networks, wealth managers, family offices, and luxury ecosystem partnerships. Achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring customer experience of the highest standards. Mentor and lead a high-performing luxury sales team. Represent the organization at premium events, forums, and international roadshows. Collaborate with marketing to design bespoke campaigns for UHNIs. Candidate Profile 15–22 years of experience in luxury sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in real estate, luxury lifestyle, private banking, or wealth management . Deep and active UHNI/HNI sales network in Bangalore/Delhi. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales closures.
