You'll lead a high-caliber team of AI Scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of AI in fintech, building responsible, high-performance systems that redefine customer experience. You'll also balance people, process, and product by owning project delivery, ensuring agile execution, and maintaining technical rigor while focusing on long-term strategy and team growth.What We Expect From You Lead a GenAI-focused AI teamto define strategic goals, drive execution, and deliver high-impact solutions that create tangible business value. Provide architectural guidancefor integrating AI into real-world systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability while aligning with product goals. Foster career development and learningby identifying skill gaps, promoting ownership, and helping AI scientists deepen their expertise and grow into senior roles. Collaborate with product, design, and business teamsto identify the right problems to solve with AI and guide solutions from proof-of-concept to production. Establish AI best practicesfor versioning, prompt evaluation, testing, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on GenAI use cases. Drive innovation through rapid prototypingand experimentation, staying updated on LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications to guide effective implementation.Must Haves Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Engineering, a technical field, or equivalentpractical experience . 7+ years of experiencein technical or product roles, with a track record ofleading AI initiatives . Strong understanding oftechnology fundamentalsandAI best practicesto ensurescalable ,secure , andimpactful solutions , along with the ability to makeinformed technical decisions . Proven ability tomanage cross-functional projectsand aligntechnical outcomeswithbusiness goals . Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills , especially infast-evolving tech environmentswith diverse stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Pythonor close collaboration with AI teams using it. Direct involvement inAI/ML projects , includingprototyping ,model integration , orcollaborationwith AI teams—even if limited in scope.Good to Haves Solid understanding ofLLMsand thebroader AI landscape .
