Role Summary Own the performance, optimization, and technical quality of environments in Unreal Engine. Key Responsibilities Create and manage LODs, HLODs, and instancing Optimize shaders, materials, draw calls Enforce FPS targets across low–high spec PCs Support lighting, VFX, and environment optimization Debug performance bottlenecks Requirements 5+ years as Technical Artist (AAA) 3+ shipped AAA PC/console titles Strong Unreal profiling & optimization expertise Shader and material pipeline knowledge Scripting experience preferred
