In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centered solutions for our digital products. With a global presence, over 1000 clients, and a team of 300 employees, Josys drives efficiency and cost optimization for IT teams worldwide.Founders:Yasukane MatsumotoCTPO:Mahabaleshwar BhatLearn more: Responsibilities:- Lead the design process, delivering storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions. - Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products. - Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals. - Drive cross-functional initiatives, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.-Preferred Qualifications:- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 7+ years of experience in product or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design. - Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion. - Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design. - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.-Our Hiring Process:- Introductory and portfolio presentation with our head of design. - Short design task and/or live design session. - Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
