The creatives you make for the clients could be the next most talked-out brands on social media platforms - If you take pride in your organizational skills and ownership, this place is surely for you to take your career to the next levelRequirements- Graduate in visual communication/design/animation - Should have agency experience working with Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and similar tools - Experience working with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus - Must be well-organized and have the ability to handle several projects at the same time - Should be open to reworks and edits based on constructive feedback - Confidence to communicate ideas and sell them to peers - A strong understanding of design aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail - A flare for international trends in design and artResponsibilities- Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects - Design and create enticing motion graphics videos (Product Videos, Marketing Videos, Demo Videos etc) - Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics - Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics - Assist in designing and creating storyboards - Create visual executions which are exciting and aesthetically attractive - Understand brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning - Contribute work to pitches - Work as part of a team with copywriters, illustrators, other designers and account managers
