Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor/Graphic Designer  based in Bengaluru . The ideal candidate will bring together storytelling, design, and motion to create visually compelling digital content across platforms. You’ll work closely with the editorial and production teams to craft videos, social media assets, and brand visuals that align with Rizing’s tone and mission. You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into visual narratives — from editing high-quality videos and designing motion graphics to developing brand visuals for campaigns, articles, and digital stories. Responsibilities Edit and produce engaging video content for social, editorial, and brand use Design static and motion graphics for articles, features, and digital media Handle color grading, sound sync, and final delivery of video content Collaborate with the editorial, design, and social teams to maintain brand consistency Develop and maintain visual templates, design systems, and creative guidelines Brainstorm and experiment with new visual storytelling formats Qualifications Proven experience in video editing  and graphic design  (portfolio is a must) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong grasp of motion graphics  and color grading Ability to balance aesthetics with editorial accuracy and storytelling clarity Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in a fast-paced digital or media environment is a plus Preferred Attributes Interest in business, finance, policy, or technology  storytelling Ability to adapt to a modern visual identity and evolving content formats A self-starter who enjoys creative problem-solving and experimentation
