Job Title: Motion Graphics Artist Location: Bengaluru Experience: 4-5 years in integrated creative roles within advertising, branding, or design-first agencies. Role Description & Responsibilities: This is a full-time from office role in Bangalore for a Motion Graphics Designer (4-5 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help established brands solve challenging problems. Your responsibilities: Create sparkling, engaging communication pieces that are dynamic, interactive and fun Develop a unique sense of motion & storytelling for each brand across social media, digital & more Contribute to the ideating process with designers, writers & brand managers Functioning as creative custodians of brands Ability to handle day-to-day communication & seasonal campaigns for 3+ brands simultaneously Take complete control of dynamic creative output on brands assigned Qualifications: A background in animation & design software Video Editing & Designing experience Working knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator and/or Procreate Exposure with working on varied platforms - social media, retail, digital, etc. Strong communication skills in English + 2 languages 4-5 years of experience as a motion graphic designer Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand client needs and develop creative concepts In-depth knowledge of advertising trends and industry best practices Experience working in a creative agency What You Can Expect: Lots of learning and independence to run things your way.
