The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. Responsibilities: Get design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare draft for reviews of company brochures, capabilities and any marketing collaterals and present ideas. The designer should be prepared for numerous iterations requested /advised by personnel reviewing the drafts Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software Use the appropriate branding guidelines for colours and layouts for each graphic Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 6-8 years of experience in graphic design Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, 3DS max, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Auto, Microsoft Office.) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent written communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
