Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Optical Design Lead. The Optical Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design and development of optical systems, analyzing optical performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs. The role includes overseeing the entire lifecycle of optical design projects, from concept to production. Qualifications Expertise in Optical Design and Optical System Analysis Proficient in using optical design software such as Zemax or Code V Experience with hands-on optical prototyping and testing Strong understanding of optical principles and engineering physics Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field Experience in the development of diagnostic equipment is a plus
