Job Title:– Docusign CLM Implementation ConsultantLocation:- LTIM Pan IndiaJob Description:-Role SummaryProvide hands-on configuration and implementation of DocuSign CLM along with AMS support. Responsible for day-to-day issue resolution, minor enhancements, and ensuring system stability.Key Responsibilities• Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval rules based on requirements.• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.• Manage AMS tasks such as incident resolution, minor enhancements, and system monitoring.• Assist with quarterly upgrades, perform regression testing, and prepare release documentation.• Maintain configuration documents, SOPs, and user guides for operational readiness.• Collaborate with onshore architect and business analysts to ensure alignment and compliance.• Ensure all changes follow governance and approval processes while maintaining audit readiness.Required Skills• 5–8 years in enterprise applications; 2+ years in CLM implementation/support.• Hands-on experience in CLM configuration and troubleshooting.• Familiarity with AMS processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Certifications• DocuSign CLM Specialist• ITIL FoundationTech & Environment• Platforms: DocuSign CLM + DocuSign eSignature• Integrations: Salesforce, SAP/Ariba, Workday, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, IdP/SSO• Methods: Agile/Scrum, ITIL v4, DevSecOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)• Compliance: GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001; data retention, encryption, audit trailsNice-to-Have Domain Experience• Legal Ops, contract risk/compliance, procurement sourcing, sell-side (MSA/SOW) and buy-side (NDA/MSA/PO)• Playbook authoring and clause library governance• AI-assisted clause extraction or obligation tracking (vendor tools or CLM features)Soft skillsClear communication, customer empathy, documentation discipline, on-call readiness.
