Founders Office - Intern

Role Description We’re looking for a highly driven and curious Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founders. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable with data collection, analysis, power point and Excel — and has the mindset to build processes, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality . The intern will assist founders with daily tasks including research, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting various projects. The intern will also help in executing marketing strategies, managing events, and creating content as needed. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founders Office - Intern based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Strong Research and Analytical skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Organizational and Project Management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous internship or experience in a similar role is a plus Who We’re Looking For Extreme proactiveness. This is the number one trait we’re looking for. We will not micromanage you - you must be a complete self-starter, and make yourself super busy and just take care of things without being asked. Very high attention to detail. This is super important. Very good with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets, financial models, formulae and data. No need to code, but certainly just super comfortable with numbers. No need to know all about metrics already, but you must be willing and capable to learn them intimately. Speed is of the essence, and you must be comfortable using AI tools to get even faster. Communication is key: you’ll need very strong English (written and spoken) and ability to make great presentations Travel when required, but based in Bengaluru.
