Executive Assistant to Founder

ABOUT THE POSITION Hi! I’m Bert Mueller, the founder of California Burrito. I realized the other day that there is a lot of planning and research work that our company needs help with for new projects. For instance, I am travelling to Baku, China, and Tanzania in the next 3 months for work and need to figure out how to make these trips extremely productive (not to mentions chores like hotel bookings visas, etc). Plus, there are many innovation projects that need someone to research and push forward. So I decided we should hire an executive assistant for me! You will report directly to me and help me with innovative new projects and lots of random work. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE ·      Very intelligent ·      Very thorough and conscientious ·      Extremely persistent ·      Positive energy ·      Comfortable doing random work and chores ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: ·      Research from first principles the best ways to approach new projects ·      Spec out requirements ·      Coordinate with vendors and get samples/do demos ·      Work cross-functionally with multiple departments ·      Handle some travel bookings and Linkedin/Email (not much) SALARY Up 14 LPA.
