What You'll Do: Strategic Account Handling: Own and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring client success. You'll act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with gnani.ai's product offerings. Product Growth Initiatives: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify new growth avenues, contribute to product strategy, and drive the execution of key product-led growth initiatives. You'll bring a data-driven approach to enhance product adoption and user engagement. Extension of the Chief of Staff: Serve as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff, taking ownership of high-priority projects, conducting in-depth research, preparing strategic presentations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You'll help streamline operations and ensure alignment across the organization. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends in the conversational AI space to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of company-wide objectives. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: A degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT, ISB, etc.). Growth Stage Startup Experience: Proven track record of success in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Consulting Experience: Alternatively, experience from a top-tier consulting firm, showcasing strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to complex challenges. Skills & Attributes: Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to think strategically, identify key opportunities, and translate vision into actionable plans. Execution Focus: Strong bias for action and a proven ability to drive projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
