We’re Hiring | Audit Manager – Not for Profit (NFP) | US Audit ExposureWe are looking for a highly skilledCA/CPA/ACCA-qualified Audit Managerwith strong experience inNot-for-Profit (NFP) auditsto lead complex engagements for US-based organizations. This role offers excellent exposure to global clients, strong leadership responsibility, and long-term career growth. Location: Bengaluru / Kolkata Experience: 7–9 years (preferably from Big 4 or large public accounting firms) Role Overview: As part of the NFP audit practice, you will work closely with US teams to audit a diverse range of not-for-profit organizations including: • Higher education institutions • Social service organizations • Religious and cultural entities Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise end-to-end audit engagements Perform audits under GAGAS and US GAAP standards Handle Single Audits (OMB Uniform Guidance) including major program determination and compliance testing Work on contribution revenue, endowments, alternative investments & pledges receivable Oversee planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and closure Manage and mentor large audit teams (15+ members) Communicate with global stakeholders and resolve audit issues Handle escalations and ensure timely delivery across engagements Required Skills & Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified 7–9 years of progressive audit experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards Experience in NFP audits & Single Audits is a strong plus Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills Why This Opportunity?
