Chartered Accountant

Handleend-to-end accountingfor international subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Israel, and other regions Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementswith consolidated reporting Ensurecompliance with IFRS , Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and local GAAP for each subsidiary Manageforeign currency transactions , including FX gain/loss tracking, hedging support, and currency conversion compliance Monitorintercompany transactions , eliminations, and transfer pricing documentation Coordinate with external auditors (domestic and international) for statutory and internal audits Leadregulatory filings : FEMA, FCGPR, ECB, BEPS, and other RBI/SEZ-related filings Support budgeting, cost controls, and profitability analysis of global projects Collaborate with business teams and legal counsel forexport documentation and SCOMET compliancefrom a finance perspective Work with the leadership team on investor reporting, fund utilization, and strategic finance initiatives Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA)with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing finance operations forinternational subsidiaries Strong knowledge ofIFRS, Ind AS , and international compliance norms Proficiency inTally ERP, Zoho Books, or any cloud-based ERP systems ; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus Excellent understanding ofIndia export compliance , includingDGFT and SCOMET reporting Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work with cross-border teams Experience in thedefense manufacturing or export sectorwill be a strong advantage
