CA - Finance Controller - NBFC

About the Company:-The company operates in the digital lending and financial-technology space, offering streamlined, tech-enabled credit solutions for consumers.Key Responsibilities:-● Oversee and manage the company’s end-to-end financial operations, includingaccounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial controls.● Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax,RBI returns, and audit requirements specific to NBFC and Fintech operations.● Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS andInd-AS standards.● Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timelyreporting of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.● Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimizeliquidity and cost of funds.● Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions forfundraising, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.● Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements,collections, and partner settlements.Requirements:-● Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.● Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in finance / controllership roles● Relevant experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking financial operations.● Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.● Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
