About Company: Company is a Series B-funded SaaS startup, backed by leading investors, that is reimagining how enterprises gain visibility into their digital operations. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Finance: Partner with the founders and leadership team on strategic planning, fundraising, and long-term financial modeling. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Build and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial KPIs for the business. • Investor Relations: Manage board/investor reporting, support due diligence, and ensure transparency in communication. • Controllership: Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance (Income Tax, GST, etc.) • Revenue & SaaS Metrics: Track key SaaS metrics – MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, burn multiple, etc., and drive insights for improvement. • Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage cash flow planning, working capital management. • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance finance team across controllership, FP&A, and compliance functions. • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within financial operations and implement tools/systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. What We’re Looking For: • Chartered Accountant with12-15 years of experience. • Strong exposure to finance in SaaS or product-based startups is a strong advantage. • Proven ability to manage both strategic finance and operational finance. • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset – comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
