Senior US Tax Associate

Whether you are just starting your career or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you. Semi-Senior Associate Lead U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance (Forms 5471, 926, 851). Compute deferred taxes, B&O excise taxes, and state apportionment workpapers. Summarize Stock based compensation reports and calculate state sales tax accruals. Manage tax trackers, monitor notices, and support capital loss valuation allowance analysis. Perform reconciliation analysis and ensure consistency between NetSuite and Looker. Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisioning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). Proficiency in NetSuite, OneSource, Google Suite. Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment.
