Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, or renting of properties. Daily tasks include conducting property evaluations, engaging with clients, developing effective strategies, and negotiating deals. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and providing expert advice to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Qualifications Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends and valuation methodsSales and Negotiation skills to effectively manage client interactions and close dealsExperience in client relationship management and the ability to build and maintain trustCapability to deliver Training sessions or presentations to inform and guide clients on property-related decisionsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in technology tools for real estate and familiarity with CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
