Backed by Y Combinator, Harvard Management,Goodwater Capital, and founders like Kunal Shah (Cred), we're disrupting traditional wealthmanagement with a fresh, asymmetrical approach.About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-obsessed Product PerformanceMarketing Manager to drive our top-of-the-funnel acquisition and product adoption. Yourprimary mission will be to execute a high-impact growth playbook: driving users to our AI-powered portfolio review and asset tracking features.You will use performance marketing to acquire users, encourage them to engage with ourportfolio review features and seamlessly transitioned to our investments team internally. Youwill be the bridge between marketing spend, product adoption, and top-line revenue growth.What You'll Bring:Performance Marketing & Acquisition• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth roles,preferably in fintech (wealthtech, broking, or personal finance).• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, GoogleAds, YouTube, and programmatic channels.• Deep understanding of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), andROAS (Return on Ad Spend) optimization.• Experience running campaigns specifically designed to drive app installs and deep-funnel product actions.Product Growth & Funnel Optimization• Experience driving adoption of specific product features (e.g., Account Aggregatorlinking, portfolio uploads, KYC completion).• Strong analytical skills to track user journeys from ad click to account linking,identifying and fixing drop-off points.• Ability to design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and in-apponboarding flows.• Familiarity with product analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Mixpanel, AppsFlyer,Clevertap, Google Analytics).Lead Generation & Strategy• Understanding of how to qualify leads based on product usage data (e.g., identifyinghigh-AUM users from linked accounts).• Experience bridging the gap between digital acquisition and offline sales/advisoryteams.• Strategic mindset to balance paid acquisition with organic growth channels (e.g.,webinars, educational content) to build trust in the Indian market.What the Work Looks LikeCampaign Execution & Optimization• Design, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns heavily promoting ourportfolio review and asset tracking features.• Optimize campaigns relentlessly to lower the cost per linked account (CPA) whilemaintaining high lead quality.• Experiment with various ad formats, messaging, and targeting strategies to reachIndia's emerging affluent demographic.Driving Account Aggregator Adoption• Focus entirely on the metric that matters: maximizing the number of userssuccessfully linking their accounts via the AA framework.• Work closely with the product and design teams to optimize the in-app accountlinking funnel, reducing friction and increasing conversion rates.• Develop retargeting strategies to re-engage users who drop off before completing theaccount linking process.Lead Qualification & Handoff• Analyze the data from linked accounts to identify high-AUM users who qualify forStack Wealth's premium advisory products.• Create seamless workflows to pass these highly qualified leads to our offline wealthmanagers for personalized outreach.• Track the end-to-end conversion from ad click to final AUM conversion, ensuringmarketing efforts directly impact top-line revenue.What You'll Get• The opportunity to build and scale a proven growth engine from the ground up in afast-paced fintech environment.• Direct impact on the company's top-line revenue and core business metrics.• Work on cutting-edge fintech infrastructure (Account Aggregator) and AI-drivenwealth products.• Collaborate with industry leaders and a top-tier team backed by Y Combinator.• An exciting, supportive team culture that values sharp, analytical processes and boldexperimentation.
