enterprise owner for foundational market intelligence, responsible for market sizing, forecasting, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunity assessments that shape portfolio strategy, prioritization, and geographic expansion decisions.This role defines and maintains a trusted, analytically rigorous view of market size, performance, competitive positioning, and growth potential, enabling data driven strategic decision making across global commercial and growth initiatives.Core Mission:Create and maintain the global market, competitive, and growth opportunity intelligence backbone for the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Global Competitive Landscape Intelligence:Maintain comprehensive competitive landscapes across the United States and priority international markets (UK, FR, DE, CA, Nordics, IT)Track competitor presence, positioning, access conditions, and growth momentumProduce structured competitive intelligence outputs, including earnings analysis, company assessments, and estimated competitor sharesCompetitive & Market Performance Reporting (US & OUS):Own regular competitive performance reporting using syndicated and claims based healthcare datasetsAnalyze overall market share, target vs. non target account performance, and access dynamicsLead international competitive and market intelligence reporting for priority marketsMarket & Forecast Modeling:Own US and international market sizing and forecasting modelsAnalyze patient population dynamics, adoption, penetration, and growth outlooksMaintain rolling multiyear forecasts to support long range planning, operating plans, and portfolio decisionsBrand & Growth Driver Analytics:Analyze brand and portfolio performance drivers, including uptake patterns, access, and commercial effectivenessMaintain structured scorecards and growth driver intelligence frameworks to support strategy reviewsHCP Profiling & Targeting Intelligence:Build and maintain HCP level intelligence, with technology and platform teams for data pipelines, automation, and infrastructureQualifications:Must Have Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Analytics, or Strategy Analytics within Healthcare / Pharma / MedTechStrong hands on experience working with syndicated healthcare datasets, including IQVIADeep experience in market sizing, forecasting, and competitive intelligenceStrong HCP analytics, including profiling, segmentation, and targetingExperience with data platforms and analytics tooling, including Databricks and SQLAdvanced visualization and BI skills using Power BI and/or TableauProven people management and stakeholder management capabilitiesGood to Have / Preferred Experience:Experience using Python for analytics or modelingExposure
