Job Title: Payroll ManagerLocation: Bangalore(Onsite)Duration: Full TimeWork Type: Onsite Shift: US Shift (6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST)Overview TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.Job Description: Manage end to end payroll processing for all US employees both internal and external. (Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly)Ensure Accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonus, commission.Ensure payroll compliance with Federal, State, and Local wage and tax laws. (FICA, FUTA, STATE Taxes)Process deductions for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k).Validate timesheets, work hours through VMS portal.Work with payroll systems like PayCom.Maintain and update employee information on timely basis.Perform payroll audits to ensure accuracy and fix discrepancies.Reconcile payroll accounts with Finance/Accounting.Prepare payroll reports for management.Support internal and external audits.Identify gaps in payroll processes and recommend improvements or automation.Work closely with all the departments to make sure accurate payroll in processed.Ensure the timesheet records are shared with the billing team for billing.Work with AR team to make sure we have enough cash flow for the payroll on weekly basis.Addressing tax notice with PayCom.Soft SkillsProficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work in fast-paced environments.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
