This role maintains platform stability and operational standards by managing user access, security configuration, and data quality controls. This role acts as the technical engine of the platform, executing flows and automations that enable the business to move with pace and agility.Where you will make a difference:In this role you will:Platform Configuration & Automation:Configure flows, validation rules, page layouts, and automation to meet business requirements.Manage configuration changes including roles, permissions, and declarative automations.Monitor platform health and resolve operational incidents to ensure high uptime.Implement data quality controls and reporting to maintain the integrity of platform information.Security & User Management:Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses to ensure appropriate platform access.Maintain access compliance and enforce platform security standards.Handle user support and access management requests as part of day-to-day operations.Governance, Release & Compliance:Support deployment and release management processes to ensure stable production environments.Coordinate releases and manage environments in alignment with CI/CD toolchains.Ensure requirements and documentation comply with governance and security standards.Maintain documentation and vendor engagement in compliance with applicable laws and policies.Accountability & Safety:Demonstrate high control and personal accountability for platform stability within your scope.Identify and report site hazards or incidents to ensure timely corrective action is taken.Who you will be working with:Internal Delivery Teams: Solution Architect, Functional Analysts, Developers, Support Analysts, Quality Analyst, and Delivery Manager.Internal Partners: Business Users, IT Operations, and Security Teams.External Partners: System Integrators and Salesforce Technical Teams.What success looks like:Service Reliability: Maintaining an incident resolution SLA > 95% and platform uptime > 98%.Deployment Quality: Achieving a change success rate > 98%.Compliance Excellence: Ensuring 100% access compliance.Customer Value: Driving user satisfaction ratings > 85%.How you will lead:Individual Contributor:Lives our Officeworks values and behavioursProactively contributes to a safe working environment, escalates appropriately if there are unsafe conditions or inappropriate behaviourOperates in line with applicable Officeworks company policies and Code of ConductDemonstrates a strong sense of personal accountability and curiosity to learn and develop.Qualifications and work experience:EssentialEducation: Degree in I.T., Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.Specialist Skills: Expert knowledge in flow automation, platform security, and release management.Core Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Technology Proficiency: Salesforce Clouds, Integration Tools, LeanIX, Signavio, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD Toolchains.
