Teams at Newton School work at the intersection of education and innovation by designing scalable models that make high-quality tech learning accessible, practical, and industry-ready.Role:- Newton School is looking for Academic Interns to support our online learning programs and help students succeed in their learning journey. The intern will work closely with the academic and student success teams to assist with student mentoring, project evaluation, and curriculum support.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring students, and working with data-driven learning tools.Key Responsibilities :-1. AI & Process Optimization :Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in academic and operational workflows.Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes related to student support, evaluation, and content creation.Experiment with AI-driven approaches to enhance learning experience and internal productivity.2. Content & Curriculum Support :Assist in content development and curriculum design for online modules.Help improve learning materials, exercises, and practice assignments.Support the academic team in enhancing the learning experience.3. Student Upskilling & Mentorship :Conduct 1:1 upskilling sessions to support students in their learning journey.Guide students through concepts, assignments, and learning challenges.Provide mentorship and motivation to help students stay on track.4. Teaching Assistance :Assist students with doubts, exercises, and practice tasks.Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in learning.5. Student Project Evaluation:Review and evaluate student projects and assignments.Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their work.Track student performance and learning progress.Required Skills :-Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel and Power BIBasic understanding of data analysis and structured thinkingAbility to explain concepts clearly to studentsEmpathy and patience while working with studentsStrong drive to leverage AI tools for improving efficiency and business processes (Good to have)
