The ideal candidate will handle room reservations, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with front office and sales teams, and ensure smooth booking operations while maximizing room occupancy and revenue. ResponsibilitiesHandle room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel services.Update and maintain reservation records accurately.Coordinate with front office and other departments for guest requirements.Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. RequirementsDiploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.Experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems and MS Office.Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
