Business PartneringWork closely with on-ground teams, team leads, managers and headsUnderstand business goals, challenges, and performance metricsAct as a trusted advisor, not just L&D support2. Data-Driven Gap IdentificationAnalyze daily/weekly dashboards to identify:Productivity gapsSkill gapsQuality issuesAttrition trendsConvert insights into actionable problem statements3. Solution Design (Beyond Training)Co-create solutions with stakeholders, such as:Training interventionsProcess improvementsBehavioral nudgesCoaching frameworksIncentive alignment ideas4.
