About the RoleTagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting-Manager/Sr ManagerAs a ,Tagetik Planning Budgeting and forecasting role you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development.Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiencyRequirements (Must Haves)Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.Experience with data integration and reporting tools. - Good to HaveAbility to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or ScrumExperienceThe candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.This position is based at PAN IndiaQualification A 15 years full time education is required.
