Job Description: Finance Operations – Analyst / ManagerInfosys Consulting – Strategic Insights Practice is hiring Finance Operations professionals at Analyst and Manager levels to support investment accounting, fund reporting, and financial analysis for global clients. Role OverviewYou will be part of the Accounting & Reporting function, managing end-to-end fund accounting, financial reporting, and client deliverables across Private Equity / Hedge Fund structures. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyst (0–5 Years)Manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, and financial reportingTrack investments, capital activity, and fund-level transactionsPerform reconciliations, expense allocations, and data analysisSupport audits, tax reporting, and investor reporting requirementsPrepare P&L reports and fund performance metrics (IRR, etc.) Manager (8–10 Years)Lead end-to-end accounting and reporting for fund entitiesManage team deliverables across monthly, quarterly, and annual reportingReview outputs, ensure SLA adherence, and maintain quality standardsCollaborate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholdersDrive process improvements, governance, and team development Eligibility CriteriaAnalystQualified / Semi-qualified CA0–5 years experience in Fund Accounting / PE / Hedge FundsKnowledge of IFRS / US GAAPStrong Excel and analytical skills ManagerQualified Chartered Accountant8–10 years experience in fund accounting / financial reportingExperience in team handling and client managementStrong understanding of IFRS / UK GAAP and fund structuresKey SkillsFund Accounting / Investment AccountingNAV, IRR, and financial reportingStakeholder managementExcel, ERP systems, and data analysisStrong communication and problem-solving skills
