Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: Bangalore (local preferred) Department: Finance & Accounts Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Finance Manager for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end financial operations, ensure compliance, drive financial planning & analysis, and support business decision‑making for the unit. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience in managing finance functions within dynamic, multi‑unit environments such as hospitality, F&B, retail, or service sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Reporting• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations for the Bangalore unit • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS, P&L statements, balance sheets, and monthly reports • Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecastsControls, Compliance & Audit• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI coordination, Shops & Establishment, labour laws) • Handle internal and external audits; ensure timely documentation and responses • Strengthen internal financial controls and risk‑management processesBusiness Partnering• Work closely with operations, supply chain, HR, and leadership teams to support financial decisions • Provide insights on cost optimisation, revenue growth, and business performance • Track KPIs and operational metrics to support strategic and operational planningCost Management & Inventory Oversight• Monitor food cost, packaging cost, logistics, manpower budgeting, and overhead expenses • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation • Review consumption patterns and support cost‑saving initiativesTeam Management & Process Improvement• Lead and guide junior finance team members • Enhance existing financial processes through automation and improved workflows • Implement and maintain ERP/HCM systems for finance and accountingSkills & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance; MBA (Finance) or CA/Inter CA preferred • 5–8+ years of experience in finance management (hospitality/F&B/service industry preferred) • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environmentPreferred Profile• Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or multi‑unit operations • Strong understanding of unit P&L and financial governance • Hands‑on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and operational finance
