Role Purpose: The Business Head is a strategic and entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for building Flipcarbon’s presence, acquiring new business, expanding revenue streams, and strengthening our consulting footprint across India.This role demands strong consultative selling, CXO engagement maturity, market intelligence, and the ability to scale multiple offerings (CFO, Interim CFO Services, M & A transaction Advisory, IPO / Pre IPO Advisory region). You will operate as the business owner for all the offerings accountable for pipeline development, relationship networks, demand generation, conversions, and revenue performance.You will also shape Flipcarbon’s reputation through thought leadership, external partnerships, and high-quality engagement conversations that position Flipcarbon as the gold standard in business & people advisory.Duties and responsibilities:        1. Business Acquisition & Market Expansion  Build and expand Flipcarbon’s client base across IndiaIdentify high-growth companies, founders, CXOs, and sectors where Flipcarbon can add value.Own the entire BD cycle: Prospecting → Qualification → Solutioning → Conversion → Expansion.Conduct high-quality, consultative conversations that contextualize Flipcarbon’s offerings across multiple offerings (CFO, Interim CFO Services, M & A transaction Advisory, IPO / Pre IPO Advisory regionBuild a strong and predictable revenue pipeline with weekly/monthly tracking rhythms.Represent Flipcarbon at forums, events, networks, and industry associations to drive visibility.      2. Scale Up the Practice Across IndiaDrive adoption and penetration of Flipcarbon’s CFO full-stack offerings.Identify trends across regions, talent ecosystems, and business priorities to shape tailored go-to-market strategies.Strengthen Flipcarbon’s portfolio through multi-engagement, multi-year mandates.Create partnerships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, business chambers, CFO networks, and founder communities.      3.Build and Lead Regional RelationshipsBuild deep, trust-based relationships with founders, promoters, CEOs, CFOs, and business heads.Navigate complex conversations with maturity and strategic clarity.Ensure Flipcarbon is perceived as a long-term partner, not a transactional service provider.Map key accounts and develop account strategies to ensure expansion and retention.      4. Business Strategy, P&L Thinking & GovernanceCreate annual business plans and revenue targets for all the offerings.Track weekly outcomes, market conversions, funnel movement, and forecast accuracy.Own Business Units (BUs) profitability through disciplined pricing, scope management, and cost control.Drive quality governance reviews and maintain accurate reporting dashboards.    5. Cross-Functional Orchestration Across PracticesWork with Practice Heads (CFO, CoS, HR/Talent, Capability, Business Consulting).Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and maintain relationship continuity.Orchestrate multi-practice solutions for complex client problems.Bring market insights into practice-building discussions to strengthen Flipcarbon IP.       6. Build Talent & Delivery CapabilityMentor consultants and analysts operating in the BUs.Create a culture of ownership, candor, and disciplined execution.Strengthen internal capability by developing templates, GTM assets, and regional playbooks.Support hiring decisions for BU roles as the market scales.      7. Thought Leadership & Market PositioningRepresent Flipcarbon in CXO roundtables, conferences, podcasts, and domain forums.Publish insights, trends, and analyses that reinforce Flipcarbon’s brand.Build deep domain expertise in industries dominating all the geographies—manufacturing, consumer, IT/Digital, BFSI, logistics, retail, and SME sectors.      8.
