You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment while gaining hands-on exposure to project management, client communication and SaaS operations.What You’ll Work OnClient ImplementationsSupport onboarding and deployment activities for new clients / pilotsAssist in tracking implementation progress and timelinesIntegration & ConfigurationCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, configurations, and setup activitiesHelp document technical requirements and workflowsProject Planning & ExecutionAssist in creating project plans, trackers and milestone updatesFollow up with teams to ensure timely completion of tasksStakeholder CoordinationSupport communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in project meetings and maintain meeting notes / documentationReporting & MetricsMaintain project trackers and dashboardsShare regular updates on project status, blockers, and progressKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneouslyMaintain project timelines, documentation and status reportsCoordinate with Product and Engineering teams for deployment-related activitiesProactively track risks, blockers, and dependenciesEnsure timely communication with internal stakeholdersSupport onboarding activities alongside Sales, Support, and Customer Success teamsHelp standardise processes and documentation for smoother project executionRequirementsRecent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Final Semester), Management, Business, or related fieldStrong interest in Project Management, SaaS implementation or enterprise software deliveryBasic understanding of Agile, Scrum or project management conceptsGood understanding of APIs, integrations and cloud-based platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesInterest in learning new tools for project management and task managementBasic familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plusAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentGood to Have SkillsUnderstanding to AI/ML-based SaaS productsBasic knowledge of APIs & Work flowsInternship or academic project experience in client-facing or technical rolesWhat We ValueOwnership and willingness to learnStructured thinking and execution focusAdaptability and problem-solving mindsetAttention to detail and process orientationProactive communication and teamworkPerks:Expand your knowledge: You get to buy a course or book worth Rs. 1000 every month (we reimburse it).
