Position Title: Windows Print Spooler ExpertPosition Summary – Purpose and Objectives of the Role:We are looking for a skilled Print Support Engineer with experience in enterprise printing environments and document workflow systems. The role involves troubleshooting high-volume print operations, resolving stuck jobs in windows sprint spooler, and supporting document generation using **Ecrion** along with **Windows Print Spooler**.Main Focus and Key Areas of Responsibilities:Responsible for the following business / functional activities of India business unit: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Print Spooler (stuck print jobs)Support and debug document generation and print workflows in EcrionHandle high-priority (P1/P2) incidents in production environmentsPerform spooler recovery (restart services, clear queues, fix drivers)Monitor high-volume print queues and prevent backlogsConduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring print and workflow issuesStrong experience with Windows Print Spooler (must-have)Knowledge of print servers, network printing, and queue management.Candidate Profile:Divisional or BU Experience: Operated as of one or more of the following BUs: Eg – Marketing/ Advertising/ Product Management/ Operations/ Production/ Finance/ Commercial/Human Resources/ Legal & Company Secretary/ Exports/ Partnership ManagementKnowledge / Experience : 6-7 yearsIndustries Experience: One or more of the following: Medical deviceFMCGRetailGeographical Experience: Must have India market experience, APAC or beyond collaboration experience be advantageousQualifications:Education / Qualification / Certification: Bachelor’s DegreeLanguage: Proficiency in English and local language.
