Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns forSpanish & Englishaudiences Create/translate marketing content (ads, emails, landing pages, social posts) Manage social media calendars + community engagement Support paid ads coordination (Meta/Google) and optimize performance metrics Track KPIs (leads, CTR, conversions) and share weekly performance updates Coordinate with design/sales teams to deliver on campaign timelines RequirementsStrong marketing fundamentals (content, social, lead-gen, basic analytics) Fluent Spanish + English (must-have) Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Mailchimp (any is fine) Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong ownership Nice to HavePaid ads execution experience (Meta/Google) SEO/content strategy exposure Previous agency or US market experience
