We are seeking experienced scholars or professors who have prior experience proposing or managing Special Issues (SI) in EI-indexed journals.Responsibilities Co-develop and submit SI proposals to EI-indexed journals Define SI theme, scope, and editorial plan Collaborate with our editorial support team and journal offices Provide academic leadership during SI organization (no involvement in peer-review decisions) Requirements Strong publication record in EI/SCI journals Prior Guest Editor / SI proposal experience preferred Associate Professor / Professor level is ideal Excellent English academic communication skills High academic integrity (COPE compliance) We Provide Full SI proposal preparation support Journal communication support Administrative & project management assistance Flexible, remote cooperation Brand-backed international collaboration opportunities
