Our motto is simple: /"Learners of Today are the Leaders of Tomorrow/".We are looking for a driven, empatheticSales and Marketing Specialistto help us spread this mission to parents across India.The Role This is a hybrid /"Hunter/" role for someone who loves talking to people, understands the anxiety parents face regarding their child's education, and knows how to close a deal with empathy. You won't just be dialing numbers; you will be acting as a consultant for parents and executing grassroots marketing campaigns to build brand trust.What You Will Do:Sales & Parent Consultation: Empathetic Outreach:Make 50–70 quality calls daily to inbound leads, dormant leads, and existing parents. Consultative Selling:You won’t just sell Math or Science classes. You will pitch the complete Paathshala value proposition, including our mental health support and career pathways. Pipeline Management:Engage with parents via WhatsApp, answer their queries, coordinate free trial classes with our teachers, and follow up relentlessly to close enrollments. Retention & Upselling:Conduct check-in calls with existing happy parents to ensure student success and ask for sibling/cousin referrals.Marketing & Brand Building: The Trust Campaign:Help collect and publish authentic, unscripted /"Classroom Glimpses/" to our social media, showing the real human connection between our teachers and students. Grassroots Campaigns:Assist in executing local marketing initiatives. Lead Generation:Support the execution of Meta/Google ad campaigns and manage WhatsApp status marketing to keep our brand top-of-mind for prospective parents.What We Are Looking For: High Empathy & Listening Skills:You understand the stress of the Indian education system and can listen to a parent's concerns without being pushy. Scientific Temperament:You rely on facts, logic, and data to track your sales pipeline and marketing experiments. Resilience:You don't get discouraged by a /"No/" or an unanswered call. You know how to pivot and re-engage dormant leads. Communication:Fluent in English and Hindi and any other Indian language is a plus. Experience:1-2 years of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or digital marketing is preferred.Why Join Us?
